The best we could have asked for I literally could not have asked for a better team. I scheduled 3 guys to empty a packed 16' truck to the second floor. They were done in just over an hour. They were so fast it was hard to tell them where to put things. I had clear labels and they read them and put everything where the label indicated. First Timer Satisfaction We've always self-loaded any trucks for previous moves. This time, circumstances dictated otherwise. Selecting SML while reserving our Penske truck, they weren't the lowest cost but the best rated. We were not disappointed. Twice during the week I received emails reconfirming our date/time. And when I called them to ask a follow-up question, it was immediately answered and gave me confidence.
