Will's place was perfect for our family gathering. Large open living areas and a great, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fun game room in the basement as well as a large yard suited us perfectly. We played yard games most days into the night and fully enjoyed our time at the Kopper Kettle. Will was an excellent host, responding quickly to our questions or needs and was very welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again for another reunion back in my home state.

Will was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this to anyone. We had our kids here and it was safe (even had outlet plugs!) and plenty of games and things for them to do!

While the host was excellent and responsive, the location of the house was not ideal. It was right off the main road so there was vehicular noise constantly. Also the residence needs more upkeep. The host seems to have performed some recent renovations but it would be great to provide some dressers etc. Also the water flow was low, not sure if there are some pressure issues.

The Kopper Kettle was superb! Plenty of space and comfy beds for our group of 10. The house was so comfortable, cozy, and clean; a wonderful spot to stay and enjoy the beautiful North Vermont countryside. We loved how close it was to hiking and skiing spots, and it's not too far from Jericho or Burlington either! But it's also a perfect spot for just a chill night in of billiards and board games. Will and Erica are great hosts. The house was as advertised but better once you are inside. We loved the large, airy, and bright living area. it was a very comfortable gathering spot and easily accessible from the spacious kitchen and dining room. The eight of us never felt crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. We also loved the game room in the basement, especially the pool table. There was plenty of parking as well. Amazing modern and spacious farmhouse close to Smugglers Notch Resort. This was perfect for our group of ice climbers as it was only 4 miles from the North gate of the closed road to access climbs.

Had a wonderful stay! Our group consisted of two families with kids ranging from 3 to 12 and the house was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were very responsive to questions and went above and beyond. A very short drive to the mountain. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend!!

Our best family ski trip yet! The house was perfect for our group - extremely clean, comfortable beds, great layout (bedroom setups were ideal and kitchen was great for cooking and hanging out), and super friendly and helpful hosts. You can’t beat the proximity to smugglers notch - three minutes away and we went back and forth multiple times a day with small kids. Will's home was very comfortable, fit our needs perfectly. Lots of room, clean, had good amenities and loved the little extras: board games, grill, and entertainment room. nice clear instructions and expectations.
