I had a 2.5 year old Unit that went bad all of a sudden. I have a service plan and scheduled a service for it. Samantha, in the office scheduled me in right away and called me to update me on the status of my service call. She was super kind, understanding and helpful. The technician that showed up, Chris, advised me the unit was not properly working and the compressor went bad.
