I had a 2.5 year old Unit that went bad all of a sudden. I have a service plan and scheduled a service for it. Samantha, in the office scheduled me in right away and called me to update me on the status of my service call. She was super kind, understanding and helpful. The technician that showed up, Chris, advised me the unit was not properly working and the compressor went bad. 5 stars for Smylie one! On the hottest day of the year my AC stopped working and when I called Smylie One a technician was sent out within a few hours (I thought I would have to wait several hours if not days), and got my AC up and running!! So thankful to Steve Smylie and his team!!
