Visited the shop recently to buy a Personalised Mug for our grandson. The shop has a really good display showing what is available. Chose a nice mug with a blue handle. We struggled a bit downloading the pictures but got lots of help from Jack who was very patient and knowledgeable. Our grandson is thrilled with his mug and we will definitely return to the shop for more products.
I went into your brighton shop not knowing anything about what you can do - but after the wonderful Rowan showed me and gave an outstanding service I now know more about Snappy Snaps and will definitely return soon!

Great experience getting my passport photos done. Maia was fantastic – really friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Everyone there was lovely and up for a chat, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. Quick, efficient service and all done in no time. Would definitely recommend!
Rowen served me in the Brighton store and was beyond helpful and generous in both his time and offering me a great deal! He was extremely compassionate; I had come to organise and print some photos of my recently passed father. I'm so grateful for the service and support received at a difficult time.
