I cannot say enough good things about Snow Canyon Retirement Community. All of the kindness, warmth, and compassion the employees show have made my mother a new person. Her experience since she moved from another assisted living facility to SCRC is like going from night to day. She is finally back to her happy self and that is completely because of the staff there. We really love Snow Canyon Retirement Community. The moment you walk in the building you feel right at home. The whole team is very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Did I mention the food?? The chef and his team do an amazing job making sure every meal is the best, and boy do they deliver.

This place is a fraud. I put a deposit down on my credit card to move THREE elderly parents in their facilities and was told at signing time by Michele that I could get my deposit back for any reason. Then I was advised by my attorney not to move them there for legal reasons. I asked for a refund nearly 2.5 months ago and what should have been a quick refund to my card (which is the normal way cc transactions are refunded) has turned into a constant song and dance: they need to cut a check. I have lived here for 3 months and it is fantastic. The food is excellent,plenty of activities,and the staff bends over backwards to fulfill any needs that arise. I sit on my balcony and stare at the red mountains with all their beauty.

All the lovely ladies I've spoken to at Snow Canyon Retirement Community are awesome ! Michelle, Sheila and Kylie have gone above and way beyond in helping me to find the best living arrangements. Their genuine empathy with my situation showed what incredible advocates they are for my husband and I. Of course their professionalism is top notch.
