I was very impressed. Soft touch sends 3 people to do the work. Clearly they are excellent team working together. They cleaned my house better than I ever could and I liked their work so much I've hired them to do a move-out cleaning service. I'm putting my house on the market to sell.
We contacted Mr. Rodriguez by phone on the 12th and set up an appointment time for the 17th. He and his crew of 3 arrived promptly on time and went to work. They were very thorough and the cleaning chemicals left a pleasant fragrance throughout the house. We have hardwood floors in every room and my wife was very pleased on how they looked. Overall, they are excellent! For the price, it's excellent. It is what it is; if I didn't it was right, I wouldn't use them again. The quality of their work, there are a few things that I wish were different; for the most part, they are excellent! Yes, I think I would use them in the future. <br /> <br /> That's a good question. Nothing major, just like sometimes I see a spot on the floor: that they could have gone over a little better; a sticky spot on the refrigerator, little things, nothing major.
