It worked out well. The cleaning was okay. There was nothing special about anything. I don't have any other issue with the cleaning. I had to call them like 3 to 4 times before they responded. Punctuality was okay.

They did a great job and it was wonderful to come home from work to a clean house. They were punctual and quiet. The bathrooms look amazing and they cleaned all of my light fixtures, baseboards, and ceiling fan. This was also very helpful to have done right before the holidays as I will have many house guests next week for Thanksgiving! SoftTouch cleaners arrived on time, went right to work, and did a really fine job. I explained to them some of the quirks of our house including where I did not expect them to clean - my junk room - and they asked us if they could clean more than I had asked on our stove. They were very easy to work with and we were comfortable having them in our home.
Arrived on time. Went right to work. Stayed busy, no loafing or slowing down. Did an excellent job, all rooms were spotless when they left. Friendly, personable service received.
