Called Pierce on Wednesday for an appointment he said he could be here at 4:30 pm. Heexplained everything in detail what would need to be done. He would keep us updated through out the day with his progress via text-which he did. He got here earlier than expected and completed everything in less than 30 minutes - including going on the roof. Perfection!!!
Pierce from SoftWasherz did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. He kept me informed about the appointment, arrived on time, and cleaned an amazing amount of lint from the vent! Then he cleaned the area behind the dryer and moved the appliance back in place. He was pleasant and professional, a very good experience.
I was worried my dryer vent may be nearing a fire hazard so I called the dryer vent guys. Pierce was able to work me into his busy schedule, and come clean out the dryer vent in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous, and had the vent thoroughly cleaned. Reasonably priced too! And he's coming back in the fall to softwash my roof! Thank you Pierce!!
