Sohail was amazing. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and the market. He was very responsive. He gave us updates after each house showing. We will use Sohail the next time we sell our home. Hire him. You will not be disappointed.
I should start by saying, Sohail was my 3rd realtor. I was looking to sell my home and possibly purchase another home. The previous 2 realtors I worked with were non responsive, not clear in their communications to me and dishonest. 1 actually withheld extremely important information on the house I was looking to purchase, and sadly, she couldn't be bothered to show my house on the weekends, "as it interfered with her social schedule." The best realtor in Illinois!!!! Want the best results? Want somebody that is dedicated and motivated? Then give Sohail a call the man knows what he is doing. He help me price accordingly came with a great marketing plan with all his help we had multiple offers and we're able to sell higher than first priced. His service was phenomenal!!!
