Solar optimum got the job done at the end of the day, when others simply would not consider a non-southward facing roof. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Solar Optimum. We were close to going with another provider because of pricing but after digging deeper into that company's reviews, we ultimately decided Solar Optimum was the better choice based on their rating, customer service, and value. I worked with a different vendor than Solar Optimum at first to try to set up my solar system - had nothing but headaches and couldn't get a firm price. I am not sure where to start. This company was great and enthusiastic and then they were crickets. We had many delays,many things done unprofessionally and poorly. I woudl send multiple emails and no one would respond. The electricians they sent did put things on incorrectly, I called they said it would get fixed, it never did.
