The job was done in one day The men that came out to do the install were friendly. We had 13 panels installed. All the electrical and panels were installed in one. I have seen other solar installations take 4 days. They cleaned up after all the work. Left no trash behind
Outstanding Support We had a solar system installed on our roof in July 2019. We used Solar Power Pros (https://solarpowerpros.com). The techs were great, and they kept me informed as they progressed. Their follow-up support was good too. We had an intermittent disruption caused by heavy snow on the roof and it took a while to locate the problem. They came out several times and finally found the problem. High quality, responsive company Solar Power Pros installed a solar panel array on our roof a few years ago and it's been working great! We had one minor problem, related to a raccoon and the critter guards, and they fixed it promptly, under warranty. We're very happy with this level of service.

Initial interaction Just went over the proposal with Solar Power team and was impressed with the presentation. The sales team were not even pushing to sell the product which was wonderful to see . I dont know yet if i wll over with solar power at this point since i am awaiting other proposals. But whatever interaction i had will be have some points towards finalizing the proposal. Complicated install-great result! We had a complicated install and the guys at Solar Power Pros did a great job patiently working through issues and helping us generate clean electricity! I would recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking to go solar. We also got an electric car charger and a subpanel installed as part of the project, and the electricians went above and beyond to make sure the installation looked good.

AWESOME cOMPANY Everything went smooth from the beginning with Chris Stalilonis that did the the system design to the Project Manager Lauren Kazun Comunication was good i always knew what was going on and what to expect. Overall satisfaction The quoting process was unpressured and informative. Once the contract was signed, I got initial responses and had been told a general schedule / steps that would follow. However, for such a significant purchase, I had hoped for more regular updates (every 2-3 weeks) from the project manager while waiting on permits.
