I worked with Sean O'Brien and he contacted me promptly, answered all questions I had and was there to assure everything went smoothly throughout the process. "Great service" We dealt with Sean, he is very on top of the project, answered our questions, told us what we needed, did not try to oversell, matter of fact we wanted to go bigger !! "Would use SolarTopps again" The bid was for a great price and included high quality equipment. They didn't skimp on parts and the roof mounts are very secure. The installation was done about as aesthetically attractive as possible. I did have to pay extra for running the lines through the attic instead of over the roof surface, but the quote was reasonable. "Great experience!" Solar Topps communicated very well at every step of the project and I was told when the next step was going to happen and what it entailed. They were quick to respond to any communications I sent them. Somehow they got TEP to do things in a timely manner. They stayed on top of the project and we went from contract signing to producing power and sending it to the grid in just over 2 months. "Solar Topps is great." After getting quotes from Energysage (great service) we selected Solar Topps. Even though were 100 miles away, they showed up when they said they would. Communication with many of there staff was very good, even if some of our questions were simplistic. The install went great and a lot quicker than we thought it would. We are now generating power and are excited to see our first bill from our utility company. I have already referred both Energysage and Solar Topps to many people.
"Great Customer Service!" Solar Topps was the first solar company to answer our request for estimates on Energy Sage. They paid attention to the details in my description and produced a fair and competitive estimate. We ended up going with a different company that installed solar for a friend…but I would recommend including this company on your short list when it’s time to go solar!
