We noticed a problem between the electrical panels and breakers on our system recently. I contacted support at Solar Topps and they sent a technician who was able to locate the problem and fix it on the spot. I really appreciated the quick response and also the follow up phone calls to be sure we were happy with the service. Our solar system has been up and running for 18 months now and has outperformed our expectations. We have been totally pleased with the service and I'm glad I found them through EnergySage.
After reviewing several quotes for roof top solar, Solar Topps had the best price and the best warranty for the system we were looking for. Don't put up with the Door-to-Door solar sales. They will charge you 100% more for the same product. From my first meeting with my sales representative, Tony Porter, until going online, the whole process went smoothly. Solar Topps handled everything with the City of Scottsdale and the HOA and installation was very non-invasive. Basically, one day of noise on the roof! Everyone I dealt with was very responsive and courteous. The job site was always left clean. Overall, a very positive experience.
Team did a great job installing my 19.5KW system. Communication was great throughout with the exception of around the county inspection with the SolarTopps team needing to come out but I wasn’t notified beforehand. Other than that everything was done really well. I would highly recommend the SolarTopps team.
Sean was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I asked for a system that would cover my electric consumption with a little wiggle room without over doing it, and with quality products.
