No one wants to go in for a mammogram but going here is a good experience, I would not recommend going in October it was just so busy, I have gone in other months and did not experience this volume. I think awareness goes up at this time and well let's of people.
The staff are amazing. The environment is peaceful, and I can't recommend this practice enough!
Appointment was very smooth - I arrived a few minutes early to complete paperwork, and they brought me back right on time. Within 30 minutes I was finished and back out. That evening I received my results. Staff was friendly and professional. I could not have imagined a better process.
I have been going to Solis for years. This year I have an appointment in October I need to change. I have been on hold for hours trying to reach them. Tried to change on line. I don't know what is going on with them but I am frustrated. I will have to go over there . This morning I have been on hold 24 minutes and they said 8. Very annoying!!!!!!
I had a really good experience here in the past, but this year's screening mammmo was a nightmare. The front desk lady gave me a hard time about sending the results to an online primary care company. (Lady, it was that or wait nine months to get in-person care! Maybe you have better insurance than mine. If so, happy for you.) Bad experience every appointment. Radiologist Dr Rodgers was very cold and uncaring during uncomfortable procedures. The techs have the same bad attitude. I no longer go to Solis.
The administrative process here was very frustrating for me. Made my appt easily online (yeah!) and then I found out I had covid, needed to cancel it and there are no options to do that other than to call them. They only thing I was allowed to do was reschedule the appt in my email, which I did not want to do at this time b/c I do not know when I will be feeling better. The place is fine. The people who work there seem nice. But they could not make it more difficult to get your results. They sent me an email that took me to some place to schedule an appointment. I tried on several computers to open what was supposed to be the results and had no luck. Then I tried calling Solis. Big mistake. Endless loops of BS and no possible way to get results or humans on the phone to give actual help. I now have to drive across town to get my screening results because nobody answers the phone.
This medical procedure business, Solis, has the worst administrative systems compared to their medical practice which is very good. I am writing a review in hopes that they can fix their horrible phone, billing and appointment systems. I have been going to their facility on Hale Parkway for over 10 years.
