This facility is remarkable! This is my third Solaris mammogram care, but, my second visit at this location. For me, the only mammogram is the Solaris mammogram. Even if I have to pay out-of-pocket, I would not return to the traditional mammogram procedure, you can't compare the comfort which is so important to me. Highly recommend! It's easy to set appointments online. The woman who signs you in is professional and encouraging. My appointment was at 11:15. I got there early just in case (Pearland traffic), and they had me out by 11:08. The tech was great and calming. Highly recommend!
This was the best experience. Staff was wonderful The Mammogram was not painful at all and uncomfortable is even too strong of a description! I highly recommend!
Now that I'm of age to get Mammograms (sigh), I had to go get one. This was my first visit at Solis and it was so welcoming and comfortable. I was called back to fill out paperwork with a girl (instead of doing it alone in the waiting room). I wish I known her name. She was super friendly and helpful. My technician was Angelica and she was wonderful. She definitely made me feel at ease. The best part was that the procedure wasn't uncomfortable at all! I'll definitely return for future mammograms.
The extra touches they do to create a welcoming, calm, compassionate atmosphere is very appreciated! Everyone was personable and efficient and give you the feeling they are all on your team.
I am 66 years old and have only missed 1 year for taking my mammogram and that was in 2020 because of COVID. I decided to try a new location in Pearland, Texas. The Solis Mammography staff did not disappointment me. I had a great experience with them. The receptionist, Lashay, was awesome!! Everything from check in to the procedure itself was great. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I came in got mammogram. They called and said I had calcification on my left breast. I ask them did they compare it to my previous mammogram. They said they didn't have it. I said please get it from Hermann Memorial Sugar land on 99. I had another appointment at Solis as a follow up at 1:00 8/23. I assume they had the previous test. They didn't and got an attitude with me. Told me to reschedule with no date or time given and I still don't know if they will get my records. I... read more
