Very gentle, very fast, and very sweet. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I've never been to a Mammography place that was so gentle and that didn't hurt these people were the solution I was looking for.

Quick and easy. The front desk was kind but my technician (Kaylee?) was superb. Calm, sweet and I have NEVER had a mammogram done so quickly and efficiently. I've been coming to Solis for years, but today was exceptional enough that I'm still in the parking lot writing this review!

I have used Solis for a good many years. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Cancer. I completed treatment and still use Solis. The Solis in Granbury, Texas is amazing! They are kind and gentle. I have a mass in my breast after having SAVVI Radiation and the tech remembers this and goes slowly on my left side. I cannot say enough good about them. I have my next appointment for my Mammogram and Bone Density already scheduled!

My experience with Solis started on September 27. My first mammogram ever. Little did I know that day I would be seeing a lot more of these people in the coming days. Diagnostic mammo and ultrasound followed at another appt followed again by a biopsy. First the fact that it was all done in one area really impressed me. Secondly the radiologist, Dr Sinha was very compassionate, caring and explained everything very well. My tech, Lisa, my last one was excellent as well, she stayed through the entire biopsy with me. What a wonderful experience I had today at the Granbury location. From the lovely young lady that registered me to the professional mamographer that did my tests I was blown away by their empathy and care. I will share my experience with everyone because this is a hidden jewel in our community. Believe me, there is no need to drive to Fort Worth for services when we have the best right here!!!

The staff at Solis is great. BUT be very careful having a mamogram at Lake Granbury Medical Center! Solis is listed as "a department" of Solis. You are fine if you have Medicare, but if you have insurance Solis will bill and get paid. THEN you will get an absolutely ridiculous bill from Lake Granbury for the use of their facility. Use caution. I was told I was 100% covered. Had an appointment scheduled for 3:45 on a Friday. Drove over an hour in the rain, in rush hour traffic to be told by Emma that "someone" - not me - had cancelled my appointment and that they had filled it with another patient and were closing after that. She offered no explanation or resolution to their mistake, just sorry.

The lady that did my mammogram was great! However the people at the check in are very rude. The lady at the front(older with short dark hair) I told her she was rude last time I was here in July 17 and she said,"no I wasn't." I said, "you were very rude to me last time, u told me I could reschedule as I was frustrated about the mask and my glasses getting fogged you and I couldn't see to sign the papers they wanted. Drove for an hour to my appointment only to be told they couldn't accept my primary doctor's orders because he was out of state. Wished the person making my appointment a month ago who took my info including my Dr.'s info would have told me that so I could have made other arrangements. In addition, I went through the trouble of having all of my previous records and films sent to them. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment.
