Don't even waste your time, I received several texts to set up my yearly mammogram, called to set the appointment, after several communication breakdowns I was able to schedule the appointment, just to be called 2 hours later to be told to schedule the appointment or maybe there was an issue, neither person I spoke with knew what was going on, I just canceled the appointment, us ladies are told to get screened every year but can't find a facility with a staff competent enough to schedule a simple appointment

I wish I had never gone to Solis Mammography. I've had mammograms for 45 years because my mother and her mother, my niece and cousins had breast cancer. My doctor referred me to Solis, rather than where I had gone before, because she thought Solis would provide the breast exam needed in my situation, either ultrasound or sonogram type, but it didn't. I went in for a mammogram and filled out the records release which is customary if you are a new patient. The next day (Friday afternoon), I get a call from a tone deaf woman named Carey saying the radiologist wants to review my previous images and they will send for those and it will take a few extra days. Ummm ok, I thought that's why I filled out the records release the day before. The call was concerning, disruptive and entirely unnecessary. From checking in all the way to leaving the facility the ONLY good thing I can say is that I received a good report. Other than that, I would not recommend the Burleson location or any others if they are ran the same. From zero communication about my copay amount, to dishonesty about cash pay, to my appointment lasting 3 hours when I was told 1.5 max (only an issue because I had a child to pick up from school), terrible bedside manners by all technicians/doctors I saw, to continuing an appointment even though I told them the... read more
