The receptionist Mimi was beyond rude to my mother and another patient in front of us in the check in. While waiting we seen a total of 3 patients walk in and 3 patients Mimi was incredibly rude to. There was no one there to speak to about the interaction, definitely do not recommend this location. I'd rather drive an hour to the next location closest to me rather than have my mom and myself subject to the rudeness, we received and dealt with today.
My mom went to go get her mammogram done this morning and she informed me that there was no spanish speakers in the clinic, I found this to be absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. We live in a predominantly black and hispanic/latinx city and there is no reason why my mom was not provided with a spanish speaker so that her experience could be more comfortable. I suggest that you guys hire more spanish speakers soon so that nobody else will have to experience what my mom went through.
