I'm here for my mammogram appt I'm currently waiting to see if they are going to accept my medical exemption for not wearing a mask . So far passed to 3 rd person , told by previous people we cannot accept it and are forcing me to wear a face shield . You would think a medical place would know better and would also support my rights .
I had a bad experience at this location today. I came in for my yearly exam; no pain or problems or previous conditions. The young gal who took me back to do the imaging was very curt and short. I don't know her name; she didn't introduce herself and it doesn't matter because I won't be back here. I was in pain while she was asking me to step forward while my skin was being stretched on the table. She questioned why it would already hurt. I was a new patient here, previously used Baylor in Flower Mound. I do not recommend Solis due to many reasons, first was getting a phone call saying I needed further testing. ( I have been negative for 25 years). They wanted my previous films and I waited over a week to have them sent from Carrollton to Flower Mound). Baylor sent them out the next day!
