If you don't have a primary doctor, don't waste your time with this mammography business. They won't see you without a doctor's order if you're under 40 even though their website states screening mammograms do not need an order. And they won't release your results to you as the paying patient that has to go through a doctor as well. Healthcare in this country is an absolute scam. Never use solis. You can't call them. You will wait forever on hold. There is no option for billing. Cannot stand this business
Horrible wait time. Overbooked and understaffed. Waited almost two hours for a basic mammogram.
Horrible office! When I got there the receptionist was taking a lady back and didn't see me signing in. Then is extremely rude saying I am too late. Then the tech who did the mammogram came out she was very rude. This place has gone so downhill. Used to be ok. Will not come back and will not recommend. Very unprofessional employees.
worst customer service ever at check in. teresa was rude and disrespectful. have used this company at a different location and everything was great. Katy location on 99 is horrible and I will not be coming back.
I am not one to leave a review but I have had enough of this facility. The lack of knowledge and communication is unreal. They have had my orders since December 2022, but I get called to the back for counseling was asked, "why do you want to get an ultrasound? Your orders don't say that you have any issues, if you had issues then your previous provider would have done it for you".... REALLY???! Are you serious? I came during COVID and I had a face covering that was a face mask shield. I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing one directly on my face, so that is what I wear. Research shows it's at least as affective as cloth masks and most likely more. The TX executive order states that "every person shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth....wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing...". 2 Years in a row, we scheduled for an early appointment (8:15) ... but when you get there ... NO Technician has showed up and they are looking for one. So, either I have to come back in the afternoon (miss some work) or schedule again for another day ... and if I do, I'm not sure there will be any Technician again.

Made an appointment over the phone several weeks out to schedule this and also modified my schedule to accommodate it. Once I arrived the front receptionist informed me that they don't accept my insurance and said sorry I should have told you that over the phone. It would have been nice that once they book an appointment that they also ask about insurance just like any other medical office, so people don't waste their time and effort only to be told we don't accept your insurance.
