I went for my first mammogram and was a little concerned about the process. The staff was super friendly, the waiting room, changing time, and exam room were all very clean and modern and I felt very welcomed, informed , and I was in and out quickly.

A pond arrival I was greeted and asked for my insurance and drivers license, the front desk was very polite and helpful and explained what needed explanation. The same front desk lady also took me back and had me get ready for my mammogram. Another woman that came to do my actual test was also very nice and helpful. She told me not to be alarmed if the radiologist called me for further testing since it was my first mammogram and that it would take 3 to 5 days for my initial testing to come back. The Mesquite/Firewheel location gets 3 stars because everyone who works there is wonderful and deserves 5 stars. But Solis as a company gets zero. You cannot reach the individual locations by phone, you have to call a control center which will transfer you to the center where you can leave a message and then play phone tag for days trying to reschedule a biopsy. The control center can only schedule screening appts, not biopsies. This is already an anxiety inducing experience, adding frustration to the mix just seems cruel. I... read more

I just had my first Mammogram done here and let me tell you all I was nervous and had all this ideas about all the pain that I was going to feel!! To my surprise there was no pain!! Let's talk about the service now Loretta was the one that did my Mammogram and she is wonderful! Explained all the process and she assured me it wasn't painful and she was right! Gloria at the front desk great service! They make you feel that they're happy you're there! Thank You both!

Arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and was all done in half hour. The ladies were super nice and very quick.

Wonderful on every level from the moment I was greeted till the moment I left I felt comfortable and at ease. Great new facility with warm friendly staff. Environment was warm and spacious. Located on Town East Blvd so 635 is just up the road. Highly recommend.

I came to Solis for my regular screening mammogram and had a great experience. I Booked my appointment online. When I arrived, there was no wait time. GLORIA and NICKI were super friendly and helpful. The facility is new. The technology used makes the process more comfortable and painless. Definitely Highly Recommend this location.

Ugh...I thought I was finished with this place. I will never, ever deal with them again. I got an email that I had a bone density appt scheduled. I didn't even know I had it. But, their system is SO bad that I knew I needed to cancel so that I wasn't charged for a missed appt. You are not given the chance online to just cancel. You are only given the option of rescheduling. I swear, if I was given a choice of walking on broken glass or interacting with their organization again, I think I would buy gauze, a few sewing needle... read more

Had a mammo done there on 12 June. Said it would be 2 days for reading. No word. Called back... now it's seven days. Called back. Guess what.... Said it can take 30 days. It's Jun 26. They received my old mammos on 19 Jun. Still no answer from them when I called. I have called my doctor to see if he can get results. Guess again.... Report hasn't been signed!
