Love the Prosper location for Solis! It's so convenient and never overcrowded. It's just a very relaxing environment. Monica at the front desk is very welcoming and ready to assist as soon as you come through the door. The check-in process is really simple and efficient. I have been doing mammograms with Solis since moving to Texas 8 years ago. The experience has always been exceptional. Over the past year and a half my Mom and her sister along with a dear friend have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Needless to say I was anxious going in for mine. What's not to say... I'm used of going to the frisco location. This location is so convenient, not to mention everyone who works here is just so friendly. Very clean and a cozy atmosphere. Ladies don't forget your yearly mammograms This is a great place to start if you've never have had one, or if you just live in the area. I'll be back next year. I would recommend
Solis does not answer the phone. Ever. I have tried all phone numbers. I have been calling for months trying to schedule a diagnostic mammo. They will not let me book online, it must be a phone call but no one ever answers the phone. So I will have to drive up there to get an appt. This is a dreadful company. I am blown away that all clinic locations have all of their phones forwarded to the main number.
My mammogram was on 8/13 at 2:30pm. The employee who did my mammogram was unfriendly, indifferent, and having a poor attitude simply because she had to repeat a few times to me for I did not understand her. I speak several languages and English is not my native. Can you learn to be kind first and not judging others. Someone should also remind you that you were being paid to perform your duties.
