I recently had a central AC system installed in an old Cape Cod style home. Solvit provided several options on what types of systems were viable and had an engineer stop by to assess the layout during the sales process. From the very first phone call to the final acceptance of the project, the Solvit team was exceptional. I received 3 quotes for the project and Solvit's price was in the middle. Electrician did a good job once he got here. First appointment set for arrival between 11-1,, the tech was so late that the company suggested that I reschedule. I did so, again for 11-1. He showed up at 2:30. The company did give me a credit of $50, because of the delays, which I appreciated, but I lost two days of my time waiting.
They were both professional, explained everything as they went about their business and were very courteous and pleasant. Would definitely recommend them for dryer vent cleaning.
