The tech that came out was amazing and provided great service , the customer service people answering the phone weren?t very friendly , they mixed up dates , and never emailed things they said they would . The fact that the technician was so good was what saved them in my eyes. To be fair right now many companies are struggling for help and are forced to hire mediocre people they wouldn?t normally because people don?t want to work so I tend to give them a break on criticizing. Very quick reply once my request was placed through Angi. Was able to come in first thing the next morning. Just an FYI they charge a flat rate for the project they are doing, not by the hour. They will let you know what the price is prior to starting the work.
