First of all my procedure was successful and my experience was just as successful. I want to thank the whole team for making me feel better about myself and providing such great customer service. I want to personally thank Ri k for helping me with obtaining a refund for an additional service I was looking forward to but due to a change in my work schedule and living 3 hours away I am not able to make the every week appointment for three months. The customer service at checking in was very courteous and helpful.The nurse in attendance was very helpful in explaining in every detail about my upcoming procedure and post recovery.Dr King was very courteous and friendly, she seems to be a very caring good nature person,I can tell from my intuition.God bless her.
The staff is wonderful! Everyone I’ve talked with has been so supportive and kind! Tara has been awesome and I look forward to seeing her every time I go in! Dr. King is wonderful too! Everyone is great! :)
