I went into the Kansas City Sono Bello office today for a balance pro treatment, (which I highly recommend) and the office was extremely busy but the staff was fabulous. They were kind, professional, and calm making sure everyone was well taken care of and happy. Thank you KC team for making it such a positive and enjoyable experience.

Have enjoyed building a relationship with Nurse Tara and Front Desk Kaitlyn. They both are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly and very helpful! I’m going to miss them in a few weeks when my sessions run out. 😢
I have had nothing but an awesome experience from the beginning thru surgery, recovery, and Venous treatments. Tara was amazing. She always made me feel very comfortable thru tx and always encouraged me thru my wt loss journey. She was very professional. Front desk Katlin was always friendly and very courteous. She remembered my name/ face from almost the beginning of this journey. Thank you to everyone!!
I have been so satisfied with this place since the beginning. As well as getting good results, my Venus technician, Tara was wonderful and friendly and gave me so much information and the front desk girls Kaitlyn and Maegan are top notch. All front desk people should greet you with a smile and so many of them don’t but these two girls make you feel right at home!
Had my procedure on 3/12/25 with Dr. King & let me tell you she was absolutely AMAZING!!! I didn’t feel the surgery & she was extremely attentive to all my questions. And truly listened when I talked to her. Today 3/19/25 I had my 1 week post op with RN Nelson and he was great also. Again, he answers all my questions and prepared me for my healing journey. I'm one week out from my procedure/surgery. I saw RN Nathan today for my post-op appointment. Nathan was very helpful, answered all my questions & gave me good advice for the next couple weeks' home care. Abex & liposuction were big steps for me take toward a better, healthier 60-year-old me & Dr King the the Sono Bello staff & have been there for me every step.
This place is amazing! The staff are helpful & take time to answer all your questions and are truthful about what you will experience. RN Nathan has been especially great! He celebrates the accomplishments & listens to my concerns.
