The overall SB was smooth. My consultant with Mary Schwartz was great. She was informative, kind, listened to my concerns and provided her recommendations. The front office staff (Maria and Monica) helped set up the pre-op to post appointments flawlessly. The day of body transformation, I was excited and a little nervous. The front desk person was very nice! I made a mistake on my appointment date and she was able to fit me in. I'm glad Mary had time to see me. She explained everything about the liposuction. She also called me today to see if I was going through with the procedure. I'm still thinking about it!
