Such a pleasure meeting with Leah today! She was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and welcoming. We even bonded over some coincidences we shared. Gold star customer/client service! The 3 people at the front desk were also delightful! Teresita, Tiera, and (oh my gosh! A senior moment has blocked this young man’s name!) the incredibly nice and efficient young man who checked me out, made my day. I look forward to interacting with each of them next time.
