Angie was very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and explained every detail about my upcoming surgery. She made me feel relaxed and got rid of all my doubts! Dr. Epps was very friendly and showed me what areas were going to be addressed. He further explain the procedure and reassured me that I was a good candidate. I left feeling very confident about my choice! Can’t wait to see the results!

Okay so thanks to Cass I was able to book more appointments with Amber. I am getting all the snatching season. Having this done after the procedure omg it’s amazing. The waist is giving hourglass vibes and smoothness. Oh how I missed my abs welp no more those are finally coming out from hibernation. Venus nobody snatch’s my waist like you do! I called in regarding rescheduling an existing appointment at the Hanover office. I was unhappy to do so and was in a terrible mood however, Angie helped turn that around! Angie was extremely friendly (especially for a morning call) & hung in there with me as I juggled around my calendar. I am not sure if she could sense that I needed some cheering up, but her banter and customer service did just that. Thanks to everyone at the Hanover location, but extra thanks to Angie!
