To be honest with you I personally had a very good experience. I was very afraid when I started thinking about doing the procedure because I just did not know what to expect but I have to say everything went very well . All of the staff is five star and believe me if they were not five star, I would not give them a five star

I was nervous to come in, at first, but Rikki made me feel really comfortable. Her assurance made me stay. I wanted to walk out, but she encouraged me to not be worried or intimidated. I will be coming back and will make sure she's there before I do because she helped ease my worries.
