The entire staff, including, but not limited to Theresa, Dr. Sabino, Ann and the others, are just amazing. They will make you feel appreciated, loved and understood. If you have any concern, let them know, they really are truly about 150% customer satisifaction and excellence. If you are considering any cosmetic procedure, give Sono Bellevue Bellevue a chance! Amazing! I went in for a consultation and was scheduled two weeks later. Nerves were calmed down by Dr. Sobrino’s bedside manner and friendly staff. I had 4 areas done at the same time with skin removal, so it was a lot. The expertise provided by Dr. Sobrino allowed for all to be completed in one visit, which was preferred. Recovery was as expected with swelling and some pain, but following the post operative directions which made it tolerable. I returned to work in 7 days which surprised me. From start to finish, Sono bello Bellevue was outstanding. The communication and follow-up from Melody ensured everything went as planned, and due to me traveling from out of state, there were logistics for her to solve. The staff at Sono Bello Bellevue seems to think of everything, leaving no questions unanswered.
