Always a positive feeling from the time you enter their office. From the time of my first surgery I was always up front if I was in pain or hurting. I was made comfortable. But their is only a limit to how much lidocaine ect. They can put into your body. Again encouraging,positive, an the Dr. was quick,would back off to a another area. So from beginning to now 3 month post I'm comfortable, happy with the staff.
