Very well. Professional, kind, and accommodating. Facility very clean.
My experience has been great overall! The staff has been amazing—attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help. Even on the days when I run late, they are always happy to accommodate me into the day’s schedule. Marilin and nurse Amanda, in particular, have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my recovery. Thank you both, and the entire team, for your continued help, kindness, and support during this time. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me!

I was petrified before my procedure. Once I met Dr Hsu and the Lead Clinician Bar, I felt at ease. One of the best things that Dr Hsu does, is talk you thru it. You know when you’re half done and each step. That is a huge benefit. You never see behind the curtain, meaning your eyes are covered so you can relax and the next thing you see is you’re dressed in the wheel chair.
