The care and knowledge provided by Nesha Harris during my consultation was excellent! Nesha answered all of my questions and made me feel like she was consulting with a member of her family. This was part of my reason for moving forward with Sono Bello. Dr. D performed my surgery and he also was very reassuring and clarified my expectations and the outcome. The staff (front desk/RN) were much in tune with the procedure and my well being. Everyone was on one accord and took great care of me thru the whole process. My care matter most!🙏🏾

Everything from start to finish was excellent!!! They way I was greeted by the ladies at front desk was top notch. One of them remembered me as soon as I walked in. Inside the office, Elisabeth was a complete professional, explaining the whole process to the detail, never putting pressure towards selling the treatment. Very caring. I thought it was going to be different experience but they exceeded all my expectations.

My experience at the Charlotte office was absolutely perfect. I came into the office and the reception was warm and friendly. I received an assessment and was given an accurate quote. I was scheduled for my surgery and a time to meet the surgeon. Every step of the way was informative and professional. My results are outstanding. I highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking to change they are out of image. I was taken care of from start to finish.
