The staff is wonderful. My only problem was with the garments and the drainage equipment. But the concern of the staff is excellent and they have done what they could for comfort.
Elisabeth was awesome! She was my consultant through the entire process. She helped me determine the best steps personalized for me and she was honest about what can and cannot be done. She was very responsive to my numerous questions and even helped me get an earlier surgery date upon my request. Now let’s talk about Dr. Crawford. He was amazing. From the receptionist, to the consultation with the consultant Mrs. Yousef everything was wonderful. She took her time and explained what I should start doing for myself to help me do better without having the procedure. I CAN DO IT
When I had my consultation appointment I was very unsure about if I was making the right decision.Once I sat down with Elisabeth she assured me that I was doing the right thing for myself. If it wasn’t for her telling me about her experience and seeing real results I probably would’ve left being uncertain. We talked about all my questions and concerns without being rushed. My consultant, Elisabeth, staff, nurses and especially Dr. Pratt at Charlotte NC location were all wonderful. My surgery experience went well and everyone was very nice. Elizabeth was so professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. She made me feel so comfortable and I had sense of peace when I left her office.
Elisabeth was awesome explaining the procedure. What I would experience after the procedure was complete. She was genuinely thoughtful and kind. With my past medical history, I told her about she was very sensitive to my needs and wasn't pushy at all.
My appointment with Elizabeth went very well, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the concerns I had about my procedure. If you are thinking about changing some things about your body to give you more self confidence I would suggest you go see her.
This was my second consultation with Sono Bello. Just like you the first it was amazing. You can tell that everyone that works there, even from Kendra(the very lovely receptionist) loves what they do. Their main goal is to make you feel comfortable and heard. Elisabeth was so knowledgeable about the procedure and walked me through it step by step. I left with all my questions answered. I’m extremely excited to see the results!
