I really can’t say enough about Jenny & Lauren! Their kindness, professionalism, honesty and helpfulness has been a 10 out of 10 hands down throughout my journey at the SonoBello-Chattanooga office! I have also been going every week for past 5 weeks for my Balancer Pro sessions and Lauren has been absolutely terrific and has made sure I have been nice and comfortable throughout each and every session. Thank you Jenny & Lauren for all you have done for me throughout my journey and for making it a wonderful experience!
I had a great conversation with Lauren! She gave me some very positive feedback and information about the programs offered at Sono Bello-Chattanooga. She told me about the current promotions offered, and sent me some before and after photos of the procedure I was considering. She provided information about recovery time and pricing. I had my consultation at the Sono bello chattanooga office, and I wanted to shout them out. From the sweet girl at the front desk, to miss Jenny, my experience was great! The place was very clean and comfortable. Jenny always responded thoroughly to questions I had whether it was a weekend or weekday, and she got me through the whole process quickly and with ease. My experience with Sono bello has been wonderful, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

I had my Sono Bello consultation at the Chattanooga office, even though my procedure will be done in Knoxville. I also had the option of choosing the Atlanta location. The Chattanooga office was clean, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff took the time to go over the areas I was concerned about, explained my options thoroughly, and helped me decide which treatment plan would be best for my goals. Overall, it was a positive and informative consultation experience.
