I have visited the surgery center three times and it’s always pleasant. Staff is great from the doctor on down. Mallory done a great job today and she always makes me feel comfortable. Especially by answering questions about the procedure before, and after, and she even helped me out with some personal questions. Example: I asked her was I the only old fellow, my age having this procedure and she pretty much Let me know that I am not alone and there’s others a lot older than myself. Everyone was so knowledgeable and absolutely cared about my comfort and concerns! From Angela, my customer representative to Dr Rak, who preformed my procedure with Bri my wonderful nurse, who kept my partner informed every step of the procedure. I am post surgery and every day I receive an update on what I should expect. Dr Rak informed me during the procedure what he was doing and really assured me things were going as planned. The office staff are all friendly and welcoming, I felt very confident in the consultation and in the pre-surgery appt. I am beyond pleased with my results and I’m only 13 days out! Highly recommend!!
