Everyone was so knowledgeable and absolutely cared about my comfort and concerns! From Angela, my customer representative to Dr Rak, who preformed my procedure with Bri my wonderful nurse, who kept my partner informed every step of the procedure. I am post surgery and every day I receive an update on what I should expect. Dr Rak informed me during the procedure what he was doing and really assured me things were going as planned. The office staff are all friendly and welcoming, I felt very confident in the consultation and in the pre-surgery appt. I am beyond pleased with my results and I’m only 13 days out! Highly recommend!!
