Sono Bello is amazing, the staff is friendly and attentive to all needs or questions ! Highly recommend
I went to the Westerville location. Nurse Angela was amazing. She made me feel comfortable thought my vist. She encourage me to ask any questions I had. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood her responses. The front was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

My experience with Sonobello and Dr Lackey has been A+ from the first appointment into my after surgery follow up appointment. Dr Lackey personally texted me to make sure I was doing well the next day and the follow up has been incredible. Beyond that I cannot express to you how excited I am about my results.! it looks like I’m healing beautifully and my results are stunning right in the first week! I would do this again in a heartbeat, if given the chance!

I had worked as a RN and. PA for quite a few years. I was really impressed by the professionalism of all the staff from reception to the Doctor. The exam was thorough and the lab work was evaluated. I especially appreciated the nurse that remained for the exam and explained further what to expect. She was very patient and kind. I believe I made a good choice coming to Sono Bello!

I loved everything about my preop visit and my surgery which was today January 20 of 26th. I loved Dr. Rach and all the nurses tiara cymone ans chay. I love the fact that I got to listen to music even though I was in and out of it during surgery, but we were able to talk and have fun. I definitely will recommend to anybody that wants to have a procedure like this or any other procedure done to this office. I love them all!
