From the time I stepped in for a consultation, and that was about all I wanted to do was a consultation because I wasn't sure about how this would all go. But I was so confident and how the staff treated me as I approached them, my consultation was about an hour and a half then my abex and lipo was scheduled the next day everything from then on ran smoothly. They don’t rush through their appointments or time with patients. I was able to ask a bunch of questions and they were extremely helpful and thorough with their answers. They give a lot of information regarding the process and procedures so you know exactly what to expect. After the procedure their after care has been just as caring and informative. I am so happy with my results and it has only been two weeks so far. The staff and doctor are amazing. They don’t pressure you to do any procedures if you’re not sure you want to. They answered every question I asked about and called me several times before the day of my procedure. The doctor also called me a week later and checked to make sure I was doing ok. Lauren was amazing. I felt so comfortable and she even realized we shared same birthday ,which meant she was paying close attention to my info even before she met me.
