The staff was amazing! I was very nervous and Kelly was very soothing help me relax before I went to surgery.
I was scheduled for a check up with Ashley today and she is an awesome nurse practitioner! I was treated with great care and the patient education was very helpful for me. Sono Bello has the highest quality staff I’ve experienced. I appreciate the quality of service/s as well.
Sono Bello is an AMAZING place!! The staff is professional, from the initial consultation through surgery and post op appointments. Ashley is wonderful and their desire to help you achieve your individual body appearance goal is beyond comprehension! I can't express enough how satisfying it is to be told how GREAT I look from family & friends. NONE of which would've happened without the skill and talent of Dr. Rak!!!
As always, it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff I encountered was extremely nice and professional. Ashley made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to ask questions. I would recommend anyone looking for these kind of services to go to Sono Bello in Westerville, Ohio!
While providing a relaxed environment, Jamie was professional and put me at ease. She provided fantastic information and supported me through the decision-making process. Had my procedure 5 days ago. I was very nervous the day of my procedure after reading online reviews and statements regarding SonoBello. The staff, nurses and Dr Rak all put me at ease from the time I walked in and provided the reassurance and support I needed without me even asking. Dr Rak was informative and communicated everything to me as he was performing my procedure helping to keep me at ease.
