I was greeted in a welcoming manner. I was consulted by a Nurse with care,concern and professionalism. My next appointment was made to my schedule convenience.

I was very nervous about doing this and Dr Rak and his nurse (I think Tiffany) calmed my nerves and made me feel confident that everything will be alright, and it was. All the staff members at this facility are very friendly and make you feel at home.
So far very pleased with some improved changes in the look of my stomach area. The whole team Doctor to all that helped was very nice and caring without judgment. I still have some swallowing so not sure on the final out come until I see if there's any skin that hangs when leaning over forwards. After losing 180 lbs I was still not happy with all the loose skin even though I looked and felted so much better. Where do I start with how great Dr. Rak, Paige the practice manager, and the entire team at Sono Bello in Columbus, Ohio! Dr. Rak is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manners! I've had a couple of procedures on different body parts and all I can say is I feel like a brand new person! Thanks Sono Bello Columbus!!!
Krissy has what I call the knack.. I mean she presents herself well, communicates well, is friendly and answers all my questions.
Dr. Rak is an excellent surgeon and the staff are wonderful too, especially my nurse Bree. She is very knowledgeable about the procedures, she is kind and caring, and does a great job giving Venus Legacy treatments!
I did a lot of looking into what I wanted and where I wanted to do it. When I went Sono Bello it just felt like a good fit and I am so happy I made Sono Bello my choose to help me further my lifestyle changes. I lost 160 lbs with diet and exercise but need help with getting the look I wanted. The staff was awesome I have nothing but praise and gratitude for everyone from the front seat to the manager and nursing staff and my doctor was amazing ( Dr. Rak) .
