This is my first experience in getting this procedure done. So far I have felt very welcoming and comforting from the staff. My pre op appt. did not felt rushed and were attentive to my concerns.

The front desk stuff guy was courteous and friendly. I have to wait a little bit longer for being seeing by the doctors who was still having a procedure on that I arrived. All the doctors explanations were so making sense and I feel so confident that this doctor will be doing my surgery. Kami ending my visit with a good care of my adapting financial changes. Nurse Yolonda met me at the door at 6am with a smile that lasted for my entire visit! She was very kind and helpful. She put me at ease right away. Everything was totally explained before we started. Dr Bowker is a gem! His bedside manner can’t be beat! Made sure I was comfortable the whole time. His assistant was excellent as well. The procedure was very comfortable and there was no pain. I am very excited to see my final results!! I will definitely recommend to my friends!
