Loved the nurses. Loved the staff. Wish I had known before I chose them that my size (height and weight) meant that I would need two surgeries, as the shorter recovery time was a big factor in choosing them (not really shorter, if you have to do it twice). Willing to work with me to fix what needed to be fixed, for me to be happy with it. All in all, could have been better, could have been worse. Glad my muffin top is gone in the end.
Staff was extremely helpful & answered all of my questions. Lisa really calmed my nerves about the procedure.
Everything has worked out nicely, everyone is nice and helpful.
