They do standby their satisfaction guarantee. After my first surgery and doing the Venus treatment on my stomach and waist I still was not fully happy with my results.Don’t take me wrong I saw a difference but not what I thought. Dr.Hendrick agreed with me and fought to redo the procedure. I really wish he was my original doctor. Because I am going back in I am going to have my hips done as well. I will also say it is life changing and for the good.
I felt very welcomed and informed at my first meeting with Tawnee. She was very helpful and always available if I had any questions or concerns! Dr. Rueda and his team were also great at taking time to explain the steps that would take place during and after surgery and were also always available for any questions or concerns! Everyone is so caring and they continually make sure you are doing ok through the entire process. They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you are comfortable and informed.

Very pleased with the team at SonoBello! From the get-go, Tawnee helped keep in contact with me to make sure my questions about the costs and staging of the surgeries were answered. Once I got my appointments set, Jackie & Tori at the front desk were helpful in making sure I was prepared for my pre-op appointment and my surgery day. Sonobello staff answers phone nicely, Gets your Qs to an RN quickly. Upon arrival they welcome you, they tell you what’s going on if it’s busy how long the wait will be. And they always have smiles on their faces
