Melissa is always so great! She genuinely seems excited to see me and happy I came. In the short time we have together before and after the Balancer Pro massages she always asks about my day, or my weekend, even my kids <3 She even made a point to say that if I ever drop anything, or need anything, to just buzz her and she’ll be right in. Sono Bello is an exceptional answer for fat that is exercise and diet resistant. They can also work with excess skin removal. I am a 52 year old woman that is going through menopause. I have serious body changes that have occurred over the last few years. Sono Bello's surgeons can provide laser liposuction and excess skin removal under local anesthesia. I was very impressed with the way the staff at my local West Des Moines Sono Bello office explained everything to me! I am very excited to get the procedures completed!

Miss kaylin was pretty selfish plainly tory about the sanobilo treatment and procedure and I was quite, you know, amazed how she was explaining to me, you know, and I did my own research looking on YouTube, so I was looking at the timeline to where maybe back and have it done later on the season or in the end of the year, so if she told me, they're just getting started and it might have some openings app later in the year, but they haven't gotten that far yet, considering they just got there in their facilities, so I said, I... read more

Great experience from consult to surgery to now 3 weeks post op! Every question answered and the care has been great! I had the AbEX and lipo and am so happy with my results! The Des Moines staff has been awesome. I am loving the balancer sessions- I feel great after each session and they are helping with the swelling.
