From start to finish, I had amazing people at Sono Bello to help me through the journey: Michelle, my consultant, Tony, RN during pre-op and the dynamo duo procedure team, Nurse Hannah and Dr. Mucci. I just wanted to especially thank Hannah and Dr, Mucci for making me feel comfortable with their empathy and care. I was really nervous the day of the procedure. The two of them helped me by being engaging and present. They answered questions honestly and were very helpful with any concerns I may have had.

Excellent customer care and treatment
I love my experience with Sono Bello their professional very courteous clean atmosphere and I highly recommend Christina if you think of doing the Venus Legacy treatment the results are subtle but they are effective
My Venus tech Christina from Sonobello Troy has been extremely knowledge and very professional with explaining step by step instructions of the Venus treatments . This had certainly made me totally comfortable with the entire process. The room is very quiet and calming. Her service has been absolutely superb.
Treatments are great, Christina makes them relaxing. Hope my results are as amazing as she is!

From the initial visit with Kristy , the pre-op with Rae to the actual procedure with Dr Al and Brooke I was treated respectfully. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions both pre and post procedure I am looking forward to seeing my results. One thing I would do, however, is update your pre and post-op brochures to include the current regiments. Keep up the great work.
Upon meeting Dr. Al I was totally impressed with his bedside manner. His presentation was very calming along with his knowledge as a medical professional he made me very comfortable as a patient. Although i was a bit nervous on surgery day, his confidence in explaining to me the overall procedure made me relax. I am very happy with my results for Sonobello. I am now 3 months post-op . I have lost 12 lbs and dropped from size 10 to size 6. Dr. Al you were wonderful and I love my new look. Thanks you did a great job!
