Every single person I interacted with was respectful, polite and welcoming. This was a personal issue that could have been embarrassing to say the least, but every single individual made me feel at ease and respected my privacy. They were also accommodating about appointment dates and times.

My nurse Nicole was great. She's very passionate and knowledgeable about helping people. I will update later pending my results I don't want to miss speak. But so far I'm pleased about their satisfaction guarantee. We will see how everything goes.

Alexa was absolutely totally amazing !!! I was super nervous and she was truely amazing keeping me calm Thru my whole process. I would absolutely recommend Alexa in Troy Michigan! Bottom line the best 😊

My day started off wrong my wait time was longer than what I expected. But once I met my nurses ( Kelly & Lulu) my whole attitude changed. They had a pleasant attitude and that made me forget about the two in a half hours I sat in the lobby. This was my second time with Dr.A and he is amazing my whole team was great. Good job Sonobello Troy Team❤️

I am two weeks out from my procedure with Dr Mucci. He was amazing and my results are truly life changing already. I am so happy with my overall experience. Nicole the consultant helped guide me through all the details regarding surgery and finances, not to mention how comfortable and easy to talk to she was. Nicole my consultant was so sweet and informative. I wouldn’t have done this without her helping me every step of the way. Dr Lakin pays attention to detail and made me feel so comfortable. And my nurse Kelly was amazing .I am beyond happy with my new body, it has motivated me to workout and maintain my new body. I am so happy to feel confident again. This experience has made me extremely happy. Can’t wait to wear a bikini again!
