Extremely friendly and professional team. The office was well appointed and well kept with a very pleasant smell emanating from a diffuser. Sara answered all my questions, she was well informed. My visit was wonderful first when I went lol I was scared, but Sarah made sure that I was comfortable. She answered all my questions even with my son and my sister had questions. She did my answer. She did what she would need to do to let me know that it would be OK.
