It went well. Everyone was so nice. I got turned around trying to get there so I called to let them know I was going to be late and the receptionist was so nice. She stayed on the phone with me until I found the building. Brooke was great also. She made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything in great detail. Even though this is not in my budget right now I'm still glad I went in for the consultation. Maybe, someday.

When I spoke with Brooke, she was very professional and great at answering all of my questions. she made me feel very comfortable and made me feel not so nervous . Brooke was great I would recommend her to everyone very pleasant experience !

Brooke and Annalaura are both amazing, super responsive, and accommodating. In my consult with Brooke I even asked some uncomfortable questions about poor reviews for Sono Bello. She didn’t shy away from the conversation and addressed some of the causes and what the company has done about it. Removed any of my concerns and I went ahead of booked my procedure!
