Greetings, I would like to share My journey with Shush at SonoBello. Shush and I met at the reception desk where she’s stationed. Her presence was very warm and welcoming as was her greeting.. While l was trying to make a money transaction with my institution Lauren was originally assisting me but as time passed she got pulled away and Shush got involved. Janie, the doctor, and the care team went above and beyond, answering all my questions and making me feel completely at ease. The office was spotless and welcoming. My experience was wonderful. The receptionist, Rachael, Nurse Flowers, Nurse Sasha and Dr. Carrau made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Their comments were clear, informative and positive. Dr. Carrau’s radiant smile, explanations and expections were great. She was an also good listener.
