Wonderful experience from the greater at the front to my consultation to my procedure everyone was awesome clean front to back everyone there was just so nice and kind this is definitely the place to go if you want a good experience I’m telling all my friends loved it

Key was an exemplanary nurse. Her knowledge and compassion were amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Her explanation left no room for questions as they were answered before they could even be asked. She was very attentive to any needs that arose. Key should certainly be recognized for the outstanding care that she exhibits. I have a second procedure coming up and certainly hope that Kyle will be assigned to my care

Dr. Malit was exceptionally professional and considerate throughout my whole entire procedure. She made a priority to address all my discomfort during the procedure. The nurses were very supportive. Kyle was my nurse for the procedure and was a gem.

Had the best experience at Rocky Hill location from the front staff, to the nurses and of course Doc H. Everyone was kind, caring and thoughtful, made the process very calming. And had a lot of laughs during the time i spent there too that helped take the edge off.

I recently had a procedure done at Sono Bello and overall had a really positive experience. From the initial consultation to the day of surgery, the staff was professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The team took the time to answer all of my questions and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. My experience at Sono Bello was definitely a positive one! I greatly appreciate the openness & honesty that I encountered from my first consultation to my pre-op meeting with the surgeon. The candor about what to expect & the results are definitely a PLUS. Even though I decided not to move forward with my procedure, I HIGHLY recommend Sono Bello for anyone looking to make some changes in their appearance. You did great. Everything from the office set up, cleanliness, organization, the aroma infusion is all amazing and top notch. I would love to continue to come as am able and add more sessions, I would definitely refer anyone that needs it or would be interested in it. I love the whole experience from the beginning to the end. Jordyn the staff associate is pleasant and has great customer service. Just lovely. 😊

I have been completely satisfied with everything from start to finish at Sono Bello. The staff is amazing very professional. Dr H was great he answered all of my questions and concerns, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I am now recovering and feeling so confident, I will definitely recommend Sono Bello to all. Special thanks to Stacy who went over The whole process with her expertise. Also Mandi at the front desk and all of my outstanding nurses, Traci, Julie, Kai, Jill and Jessica you guys we’re the best!
